What are DUT Camps?
- Twelve week training camps for ages 13 and up
- Intensive training in poetry, dance, singing, and acting.
- Value-based curriculum designed to build self-esteem, confidence, resilience, self-worth, and sense of identity
- Therapeutic environment for maximum influence and impact
- Spoken word dramas, poetic musicals, and/or dramatic presentations at the end of each session
Our Camps
Poets in the Cave (Dumping the Trash)
Focuses on discarding negative thoughts and ideas and replacing them with positive ones.
Poets in the Cave (Apples of Gold)
Focuses on realigning view of self, others, and the world to accommodate purpose.
Poets in the Cave (Rhythmology)
Focuses on the dream and the pursuit of it.
